Sikkim Professional University is a private college established in 2008. The university has received approval from UGC. Sikkim Professional University, or SPU, is located at Metro Point, Tadong, East Sikkim, and Budang, Soreng, West Sikkim. A total of 15 undergraduate courses, 11 postgraduate and 3 diploma courses are offered by the SPU.
